How Can I Manage My Family Crisis?

The central question this man asks is “How can I help…the situation, the child, my spouse?” etc. He often helps through joining with others in collaborative and cooperative efforts. He shares his power with others, and helps others use their power constructively. He learns to see conflict as an opportunity for creative problem solving where everyone can “win”. He recognizes that nobody likes to “lose.” He leads through nurturing, and others feel drawn to him. This ease and close-ness create a “we” relationship, instead of a “me vs. you”. In challenging and tense situations, he will stay and find ways to work things out (resolve conflict, solve problems), e.g. find ways to continue to be a nurturing father even during a difficult divorce.
